Soy helps prevent breast cancer

Two case studies conducted on populations of Asian women indicated that soyfood intake during adolescence was linked to a lower incidence of breast cancer and continued to be effective even after the women emigrated to Western countries where they changed their diet. Soyfood intake during childhood and adolescence could, therefore, reduce the risk of breast cancer later in life.1-2
