Soy helps prevent prostate cancer
A prospective study conducted in a
California community of 12,395 indicates that men who consume high
levels of soy milk are less likely to develop prostate cancer.1
A review of epidemiological studies2 and animal studies3 confirm
these conclusions. The data is convincing enough to conduct clinical
studies, according to the authors of the review published in 1998.
